Community Support Specialists

Service Description

A Community Support Specialist assists with the case management and treatment of outpatient behavioral health activities. They also help identify resources available to their clients, assist families in developing plans needed to target behaviors, participate in quality management activities as needed and provide Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment.
